Privacy Policy for Hundo Notes

This one is short, because there's almost nothing to disclose: Hundo Notes has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no database. The app runs entirely in your browser.

Where your notes live

Everything you draw is stored in your browser's local storage, on your device. Your notes are never uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere — we couldn't read them if we wanted to. The "New session" button keeps a single previous session on your device as a safety net; that copy is local too.

The flip side: because your notes exist only on your device, clearing your browser data (or losing the device) deletes them. We have no server copy and cannot recover them.

What the app touches over the network

The app downloads its own files from our hosting provider and, when you have a connection, occasionally re-checks its own page to see if a newer version is available. That's the complete list. Standard web-server infrastructure may briefly process your IP address to deliver the files, as with any website. Once loaded, the app works fully offline.

If Hundo Notes ever gains an optional sync or backup feature, this policy will be updated first, and anything that leaves your device will be opt-in.
