Hundo Dojo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Hundo Dojo Chrome Extension ("the Extension").

To provide you with our Spaced Repetition System (SRS) and performance tracking features, the Extension collects the following data while you use TrueLearn:

• Identifiers: An anonymous numeric identifier that keeps your study data together. We do not collect personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, password, or billing information.
• Study Data: Which questions you attempt, whether you answered them correctly or incorrectly, and timestamps of your attempts.
• Highlight Data: Any text you choose to highlight within the TrueLearn interface and the colors you assign to those highlights.
• Flashcard Progress: Your review history and scheduling data for individual flashcards, such as when a card is next due and how you rated it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To seamlessly synchronize your test history and custom highlights across your devices.
• To automatically generate custom flashcards for questions you answer incorrectly.
• To calculate and schedule your optimal flashcard review times using spaced repetition.

3. How Your Information is Stored and Secured

Your data is securely transmitted and stored using Google Cloud infrastructure.

• Your data is linked only to an anonymous identifier — never to your name or email.
• Some data, such as flashcard state and UI preferences, is also stored locally in your browser.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties. Your data is strictly used to facilitate the core features of the Extension. The Extension uses Google Cloud infrastructure, including Google AI services, exclusively to process and store your study data.

By installing and using the Hundo Dojo Chrome Extension, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.
